The Promoter (hiit republic) of the 5 Weeks Free July Promotion is Viva Leisure Memberships Pty Ltd ABN 13 618 752 819 of DKSN 2.0 North Building, Level 3/23 Challis Street, Dickson, ACT, 2062.
Eligible Individual means an individual that enters an Eligible Membership and is not active or current member during the Promotion Period. An Eligible Individual cannot be an ex-member re-joining who has received free time in a separate Viva leisure promotion within the last three months.
Eligible Location means any hiit republic nationally.
Eligible Membership means any eligible hiit republic Single Club, hiit republic Multi, on a direct debit no fixed-term Membership Agreement entered into by an individual at Eligible Location during the Promotion Period (Saturday 26th July 2025 12:00 am – Thursday 31st July 2025 11:59 pm), subject to the Membership Terms and Conditions, a copy of which is located at https://www.hiitrepublic.com.au/#terms

Promotion Period means the period commencing on Saturday 26th July 2025 12:00 am – Thursday 31st July 2025 11:59 pm, which may be amended at the Promoter’s discretion.
3. The Promoter agrees credit to 5 weeks’ worth of membership fees and $0 Activation fee for each Eligible Individual opting into the Promotion in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Eligible Individual who joins on the 26th, 27th, 28th & 31st July agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee upon signup as part of the membership Terms and Conditions. The promotional credit will be applied once the pro-rata has been paid.
5. The Eligible Individual who joins on the 29th or 30th July agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee and a full direct debit.
6. The Eligible Individual agrees to pay the initial membership pro rata fee upon sign up as part of the Membership Terms and Conditions. The promotional price point will be applied once the pro-rata and debit in advance have been paid.
7. Promotional credit/free time will not be applied to ex-members renewing their membership whereby the renewing member has received free time in a separate Viva Leisure promotion in the last three months.
